Stacey Rubin Promoted To Head Coach

After leading the Warriors as the 2011 Defensive Coordintor, Stacey Rubin has been promoted to Head Coach of the Warriors for 2012. Coach Rubin assembled one of the top defenses in the nation in 2011. He began his semipro career as a Linebacker with the former Benton County Saints in 2005 and played for the Arkansas Panthers and Arkansas War Cats before retiring as a player in 2009 and taking over as Defensive Coordinator for the War Cats. Coach Rubin quickly became one of the best defensive Coordinators in semipro football and brought that talent to the Warriors last season. His winning attitude and determination are sure to help lead the Warriors to a successful 2012 season.

Former Razorback Reaches Milestone With Warriors !

Jason Campbell has surpassed a milestone in any level of football. In 2011 he recorded his 77th career interception in just six seasons in semipro football and is currently listed as number three all-time in Career Interceptions. He is tied for fourth place for Most Interceptions in a season with 14 in 2009, is first in Consecutive Seasons Interception Leader (5), and second in Interceptions In Consecutive Games with 7 in 2009. He also has 6 career interceptions returned for TD's.

Mark Arcure of the Scranton Eagles is the all-time interceptions leader with 110 in 15 seasons as reported by semiprofootball.org. Tied at second with 98 is another former Scranton Eagle, Paul Iacavazzi and Robert Scott of the Prince William Monarchs. Campbell is currently the only active player with 50 or more career interceptions.

Warriors fall in first Arkansas State Championship for Mens Football

The Warriors fell to the Alliance Football League Arkansas Sabers 48-16 at War Memorial AT&T Field Stadium in Little Rock on July 30th. The Warriors failed to convert inside the red zone 7 times proving to be the difference in the game. Warriors DB Josh Walker recieved the Defensive MVP award.
